Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required for any service that involves a fitting or pinning. This includes dresses, formalwear, bridal alterations, and any garment that needs to be tried on to determine the alterations.
No appointment is needed for drop-offs that do not require a fitting, such as simple repairs or garments that have already been pinned or clearly marked.
Walk-in drop-offs are welcome Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM, and will be assisted as our appointment schedule allows.
Clients with scheduled appointments receive priority.
Special occasion and bridal tailoring require an appointment, as fittings and pinning take time, even when providing a quote.

What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is typically one week (5 business days) (Except wedding dresses)
Rush services are available for an additional fee, depending on the garment and timeline.

Do you work with wedding dresses?
Yes. We specialize in bridal and special occasion tailoring, including wedding dresses, bridal party garments, and formal wear for weddings and events.

Do you offer everyday alterations?
Yes. We provide professional everyday and formal alterations, including hemming, resizing, fit adjustments, and tailoring for dresses, pants, skirts, suits, jackets, and casual wear.

Can I come in without knowing exactly what I need?
Absolutely. During your fitting, we’ll assess the garment and discuss the best approach based on fit, structure, and your comfort.

How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the type of alteration, garment construction, fabric, and required work.
The Price Guide shows starting prices for common alterations; final pricing is confirmed after evaluation.

Do you offer rush services?
Yes. Rush services are available for both everyday and special occasion garments. Pricing depends on turnaround time and garment complexity.

Do you work with men’s suits and formalwear?
Yes. We tailor men’s suits, jackets, trousers, and formalwear for weddings, events, and everyday use

Do you offer custom-made garments?
Yes. We offer custom and semi-custom garments, including semi-custom wedding, evening, and summer dresses

The studio is usually closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
